D House in Visoriai district Vilnius

Project description

The house combination of two rectangular forms is designed in Visoriai district,near the central part of Vilnius, enclosed by natural grasslands.In 11 acre area the ” L” letter structure house was chosen to the practical usage of  the available area. Main living  rooms in the house are East-West orientation, opening into the entrance side with a  focused yard. The volume of the
building consists of two single – storey rectangular forms of the East-West and North-South directions. Second floor is designed to be a console over  the building terrace on the first floor. An overall building area is close to 280 sq.m, therefore useful area is about 220 sq.m.
